Sleeping by 11. (depe...I aim to be in bed by 10. Sleeping by 11. (depends on how good the book I'm currently reading is as to what time I fall asleep) I get between 7-8 hours. I would love to strive for 9-10 but that's just not in the cards until summer break. I couldn't remember the last time I had a soda. I act...Oh my goodness I am SUCH a soda addict, too! I actually don't get bloated from it because I shake a lot of the carbonation out before I drink it (weird, I know, but it works). I've also been trying to go to bed earlier, but it can be a real challenge when you have tons on your mind.
